1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the taj777 website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at taj777.im.
• "Company" means the entity operating the taj777 platform under its international gaming licence.
• "User" / "You " / "Player" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the taj777 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a User on the taj777 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free bet allocations credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements and conditions.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the taj777 Platform in any capacity — including browsing without registration — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if registered, close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company in relation to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral. These terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated by reference.

3Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account with taj777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. taj777 enforces a strict 21+ policy without exception. If at any point it is established that a User is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter referred to the licensing authority as required.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with the Company or any associated platform under the same licence.
• You must not be a director, officer, employee, consultant, or agent of the Company, or an immediate family member of any such person.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension.

4Account Management

Each registered User is responsible for the security and proper management of their Account. The following rules apply to all Accounts on the taj777 Platform:

• You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. Sharing credentials with any third party is prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, unless the Company has been notified of a security breach in writing and has acknowledged receipt.
• You must notify taj777 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• The Company is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Account details, including registered email address and payment methods, may only be changed by following the Account verification procedure. The Company may require additional documentation to process changes to sensitive Account details.
• Inactive Accounts — those with no login activity for twelve consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of PKR 500 per month, applied to any remaining Balance after prior written notice to the registered email address.

The Company reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at its reasonable discretion where it has grounds to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached, where required by law or regulatory instruction, or where necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the taj777 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not accept transactions in foreign currencies directly; any conversion required for USDT TRC20 transactions will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.

Accepted Deposit Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum single deposit is PKR 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on Account verification status and payment method.

• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant; bank transfers may take up to two business hours.
• Only funds from sources legally belonging to you may be deposited. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• The Company reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds to their origin where AML checks give reasonable cause for concern.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum single withdrawal is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 17:00 PKT on a business day are typically processed within two hours for mobile wallet methods.

• Any active Bonus Funds balance must have its associated wagering requirement met in full before any portion of the Account Balance may be withdrawn.
• The Company reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing withdrawal requests above PKR 50,000. Additional documentation may be requested.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts are subject to standard interbank processing timelines which are outside the Company's control once the payment instruction has been issued.

6Bonuses & Promotions

taj777 offers various promotional bonuses to registered Users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL-specific cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms published with each individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be specified in the individual offer documentation. If no multiplier is specified, a default requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds. Real Money Funds are used first for wagering purposes unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already in active use by a Player who has begun meeting the wagering requirement.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, abuse of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk play designed to circumvent wagering requirements will be considered bonus abuse. The Company may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it in such cases.
• Bonuses have time limits. Any bonus not activated within the stated validity period, and any unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the stated completion window, will result in the Bonus Funds and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Certain game types — including progressive jackpot slots and specific live casino tables — may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution or may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the offer terms.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on the taj777 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as displayed within the Platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• Once a bet has been confirmed or a game round initiated, it may not be cancelled or amended by the User. All confirmed bets are final.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or Platform malfunction during a game round or bet settlement, the Company will use all reasonable endeavours to resolve the issue fairly. Where resolution is not possible, the affected round or bet may be voided and the staked amount returned.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet. Pre-match odds may differ from in-play odds.
• For cricket betting — including PSL, international T20s, ODI series, and test matches — match abandonment, suspension, or rescheduling rules as stated in the specific market rules at the time of bet placement will govern settlement.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. The Company accepts no responsibility for bets not received due to connectivity issues on the User's end.
• Maximum win limits per bet, per day, and per event may be applied at the Company's discretion. These limits will be communicated within the relevant market or game documentation.
• All game outcomes for RNG-certified games are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator systems. The Company has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised via live chat within 48 hours of the relevant event result being published. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taj777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform, whether directly or through a third party.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, poker variant, or sports betting market.
• Use of automated systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automated tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk hedging, arbitrage between promotions, or coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, charging back legitimate deposits, or any other form of financial fraud.

9Responsible Gaming

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Users within their Account settings at no charge:

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Company.

12Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, or data; any indirect, consequential, or special losses; or any losses arising from inability to access the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of information displayed on the Platform at any given time.
• The Company is not responsible for the content, availability, or security of any third-party websites or services linked to or from the Platform.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13Amendments to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or the value of your Account — the Company will provide at least seven days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates required to maintain legal compliance — may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication. The date of last revision is always displayed in the page header. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

If you do not accept any amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any available Balance before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and the Company, you are encouraged to first contact the taj777 support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes are resolved at this level within 48 hours.

If informal resolution is not achieved, you may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the outcome you are seeking, and the evidence supporting your position. The Company will respond to formal written complaints within ten business days.
